We ship to most of the Eastern to Central States in the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.We charge a $35 Flat Rate shipping Fee.
We are located on the East Coast and as of right now, without us getting any real shipping discount, most States out West cost over $80 to ship our boxes. This isn’t very cost effective for us so some States will be excluded from our sales. As we grow we will be able to expand into the other states. Right now excluded States are California,Alaska,Hawaii,Oregon,Washington,Nevada,Idaho,Montana,Arizona and Utah. If you live in one of those States and want to pay the actual shipping cost, you can send me an email with your shipping address from the Contact US page and I’ll check the cost for you.
Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This will help prevent your package from being stuck at the Fedex/UPS/USPS hub over the weekend. There may be some delays at times however but not to worry as we always pack enough dry ice to keep things frozen for late deliveries.
In the event that your package is held up for an extended period of time and arrives thawed, contact us right away and we’ll take care of it. If your package arrives damaged with the feeders ruined, contact us right away and send us pictures. We will either reship, issue a refund or give you a store credit.
All of our rodent orders are shipped using dry ice.
DO NOT LET THE DRY ICE COME IN CONTACT WITH YOUR SKIN. Place the opened box with dry ice outside or a well-ventilated area and let the ice sublimate.
Our reptiles are always shipped using an Overnight service and held at the buyers local Hub. This is to reduce the stress on these animals from shipping.
